What's covered

Every SodaSlim order is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee, starting from the date of purchase. If you're not satisfied with your results for any reason, contact us within 60 days and we'll issue a full refund of your purchase price, minus any original shipping fees where applicable.

How to request a refund

1. Reach out through our Contact page with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
2. Our support team will confirm your order falls within the 60-day window.
3. You'll receive instructions for returning any unused or empty bottles, if required.
4. Once processed, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Multi-bottle packs

The guarantee applies to the full order, including multi-bottle packs like our 3- and 6-bottle options. There's no need to have finished every bottle to request a refund within the window — we understand that judging a daily habit takes time, which is exactly why the window is 60 days rather than 14 or 30.

What isn't covered

• Refund requests made more than 60 days after the original purchase date
• Orders purchased through unauthorized third-party resellers not linked from this Site
• Shipping fees on orders that qualified for free shipping, in the event of a partial return

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, outside of the standard 60-day window if needed.
