Green Tea Extract (EGCG)

Green tea's most-studied compound, epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), is a polyphenol antioxidant that has been researched for its potential relationship to metabolic rate and fat oxidation. It's one of the most common ingredients across the weight-management category for good reason: it's well-tolerated, widely available, and pairs naturally with a citrus flavor profile.

Green Coffee Bean Extract

Unlike roasted coffee, green coffee beans retain higher levels of chlorogenic acid, a compound of interest for its possible role in carbohydrate metabolism and blood sugar regulation. Because it's unroasted, it contributes only a small amount of natural caffeine — noticeably less than a cup of coffee.

Chromium Picolinate

Chromium is a trace mineral involved in how the body processes carbohydrates and manages insulin sensitivity. It's frequently included in metabolic-support formulas alongside stimulant-free ingredients, since it doesn't rely on a caffeine-like effect to do its job.

Cayenne Pepper (Capsicum Annuum)

Capsaicin, the compound that gives cayenne its heat, has a long history of use in thermogenic formulas — products designed to gently support the body's natural calorie-burning processes. In SodaSlim, the dose is calibrated to be noticeable as warmth without overwhelming the citrus flavor.

L-Carnitine Tartrate

L-Carnitine is an amino acid derivative that plays a role in shuttling fatty acids into cells to be used for energy. It's a staple of many energy and fat-metabolism formulas, and is generally well-tolerated even by people sensitive to stimulants.

Apple Cider Vinegar (Powder Form)

Apple cider vinegar has become a fixture of the wellness world for its traditional use in digestive comfort and blood sugar support. SodaSlim uses a dehydrated powder form so it dissolves cleanly into the fizz rather than leaving the sharp vinegar bite of the liquid version.

Electrolyte Blend

A light blend of sodium, potassium, and magnesium is included to support hydration — since a morning ritual that also helps you actually want to drink more water is part of the point.

Citrus Bioflavonoids

Sourced from citrus peel, bioflavonoids are antioxidant compounds that also happen to be the backbone of SodaSlim's bright, grapefruit-forward flavor — no artificial dyes or syrupy sweeteners required.

What's not in it

A note on how to read supplement labels

One of the most useful things you can do before buying any supplement — SodaSlim or otherwise — is check whether the label discloses individual ingredient doses or hides them behind a "proprietary blend" that only lists a total weight. Individual disclosure lets you actually compare formulas against the research those ingredients are known for, rather than taking a brand's word for it.

How the formula was put together

Building a formula around taste as well as function meant working backward from a flavor profile first: a bright, slightly tart citrus fizz that could carry eight functional ingredients without turning bitter, chalky, or artificial-tasting. That constraint ruled out several ingredients that are common in the category but notoriously hard to mask, in favor of ones that could actually blend into a soda-like drink people would look forward to each morning.

Doses were set within the ranges most commonly referenced across the weight-management supplement category, calibrated for daily use rather than an occasional "boost." That's a deliberate trade-off: SodaSlim isn't formulated to deliver a dramatic, noticeable jolt on day one. It's formulated to be something you can take every single morning for 90 days straight without the jittery overstimulation that makes people quit a routine after a week.

Sourcing & manufacturing standards

SodaSlim is manufactured in an FDA-registered, GMP-certified facility in the United States. Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certification means the facility follows a documented set of quality-control standards covering everything from raw material testing to equipment cleaning and batch recordkeeping. Each production batch is tested for purity before it ships, and ingredient suppliers are vetted for consistency in potency and sourcing.

None of this makes SodaSlim a drug or a medical treatment — it remains a dietary supplement, regulated accordingly. But manufacturing standards are one of the more meaningful, if less glamorous, differences between supplement brands, and worth checking for any product you're considering.

Common questions about the formula

Is the caffeine content high?+

No — the natural caffeine from green tea and green coffee bean extract combined is noticeably lower than a standard cup of coffee, since neither ingredient is included at a caffeine-maximizing dose.

Why isn't there a heavy stimulant blend?+

Heavy stimulant blends tend to cause the jitters-and-crash pattern that makes a daily habit hard to sustain. SodaSlim leans on cayenne, L-carnitine, and chromium instead, which don't rely on a stimulant effect to do their job.

Will the formula change over time?+

We periodically review the formula as new ingredient research or customer feedback comes in. Any changes would be reflected on this page and on the product label.
